Aoko and Kaito were being derps before that, but the whole chocolate thing is different than from in the manga. AOKO, KAITO, did you want chocolate for White Day or after Valentines? If the after Valentines thing, then whatever fight they were having was some other derp thing they do.
Rest of the episode is not Akako's canon, they combined two Manga Akako stories into her first anime episode and I have so many feels on how that story just kind of failed. /o\ (Ski epiode was okay.) BUT I liked these little end bits they did.
...also, I just realized the episodes make no sense. Akako meets Kaito on Valentines, HOW WAS SKI TRIP ON CHRISTMAS? Kaitou Kid anime shows, what are you doing.
Break Down
-It's White Day! Basic gist of holiday here, Valentines is when girls give out chocolates, boys return them now.
-Kaito and Aoko are arguing as they do about something, something, pretty much unimportant.
-AKAKO STILL AN ANGRY, STALKING, OBSESSIVE THING, it's a thing she does for a while.
-You will be MINE, Kuroba Kaito/Kaitou Ki-
-No, wait, angry monologue is interrupted by the hoard.
-AKAKO-SAMA. HER NAME IS AKAKO.
-Oh, wow, all the White Day gifts.
-And she's genuine SURPRISED by the fact they all got her gifts.
-Then she reminds herself that she totally should have because she's awesome, duh.
-O Ho Ho Ho!
Meaning
So, here's the thing. Akako knows how her charm spell works. It's an area affect. This is (partly) why she's still rather kind to her fanboys. If she was too much of a person they wouldn't like, then it's more likely someone will realize something Weird is going on. This means as soon as the boy leaves the area of her charm spell, they're no longer forced to be 'in love' with her.
Akako believes she has to use force to get what she wants. The charm spell is force. Thus she must force that adoration. So, in her mind, they will only actively adore her while under the spell. So in her area, she is the center of their world.
Keep in mind most of this is pretty much subconscious thinking because Akako deludes herself to ignore her own faults. Until Kaito kind of drags them out by being Kaito.
Still, the fact the fanboys got her PRESENTS implies they were thinking of her. Out of her area of affect. Which means they liked her enough, WITHOUT HER MAGIC, to get her presents. And this? Is really touching and makes the love starved Akako kind of really super happy.
Of course she has to delude herself with her superiority complex that it's only natural because she's awesome, before she really gets the meaning of those feelings, but Kira might. THERE IS A PART OF HER THAT FEELS DERE FOR MORE THAN AOKO! (And may...be...Kaito?) It's not in copious amounts, but she's not totally apathetic to them besides as a thing to control. There is dere for her fanboys! (This is the other reason she's actually pretty nice to them.)
ALSO HER NAME. Because, really, learning her name from her fanboys is the BEST WAY to learn her name.
Special Skill: Low Level Black Magic: Offensive/Defensive. (Chocolate truffle.)
Magic! Kira will be happy. Though a thing to note is Kira is NOT a battle mage type magic user. Her forte is manipulation. In general, I think the 'Scarlet Arts' means her specialization is more in magic that manipulates and alter perception, particularly emotions. She does know other magic, but it's not the stuff she's a true terror with.
This is why Offensive/Defensive Magic is together. She's got a few spells in her arsenal for combat in case she's a danger, but more often than not, she'd prefer to just circumvent the situation. For offensive things, it's the basic fireball and lighting bolt type combo that she can just shoot off without need for other stuff. Think along the lines of Final Fantasy first tier materia type stuff. (These spells can be made to 'stick' and cause more damage, but I think I'll tie that in to higher level magic.) It's more headcanon she can do a barrier type thing. It's nothing impressive, she can throw up a barrier to take the impact of an attack. She can't maintain it for more than a few seconds at a time.
There's the usual powercap of just wearing herself out, BUT there are actually a few rules to Akako's magic that I've kind of guessed at because we get very little ON the rules, but there's certainly some Rules involved.
First off, lower level magic is more internal type. Some of her higher level spells do require pulling from outside demonic forces, but for the smaller stuff, she can cover it. (And usually the spells are more tricky than blowing stuff up.) So this skill level, Kira can handle.
Second, KIRA'S MAGIC CANNOT KILL THINGS. Usually. Based one part on the fact she had to ask when Kaito would die in a prediction (but then he didn't), another part on how Very Serious raising the dead is, so killing people should be hard, and a final part of let's not break Detective Conan and just make it so a witch is more likely to just shank a dude to make sure he dies than magic at him. (Which Akako tried to do! Let's just have Kaito fall to his death instead of throw magic at him.)
Since, clearly, fate is not a one hundred percent thing with those failed predictions, I run under a 'how likely is this person to die today?' For example, Kira's murder attempt! I think Kid was 'more likely' to die that day because I believe that's actually the first time he used the hang glider. Maybe that gave him a high chance of messing up with it, thus he could have died. So Kira could kill him that day. The odds were stacked against him already, she could stack the odds higher. It was already likely, so she wasn't 'breaking' the world by using magic with it.
How this will work in Aather is normal games? No go. Death games? Depends on the circumstances. If Kira has a combat goon ON HER SIDE and there was some battle royale, she could in theory do it because there's already someone on her side capable of doing the killing. If she's on her own though? She better hope she can shank a dude because the magic won't finish anyone off.
The same with monsters. If there are OTHERS outside who can and would kill the monsters, her magic could potentially kill them. If there aren't others, then she can't.
But in general, how the magic WILL act is, it will hurt. If she hits the point where there is a risk of life with the magic, there will be plenty of pain for that. However, through the idea of it being magic and thus can do weird stuff, unless someone is 'likely to die that day' by someone's hands that aren't her own, the magic spells will ALWAYS STOP right before a fatal amount of damage is dealt. People WILL BE ABLE TO LIVE THROUGH THE PAIN. They may not wish they did, but they will. (Infections can kill them if they don't treat fire wounds though.)
Third, KIRA MAY CAUSE PINGS. She's got demonic magic in her, and now it can definitely be felt. It's Christianity type demonic, because she seriously just has chats with Lucifer himself.
