Special Skill: Scrying/Divination. (Form: A horn with two mouthfuls of mead.)
Kira has the ability to see the future and scry things to spy on people. It should be stated that the future in DCMK is HIGHLY malleable and her predictions are more along the line of what is LIKELY to happen, not will.
There are a few rules. For one, she needs a medium for this. Specifically an enchanted glass object. And...Kira doesn't have the means to make an enchanted object herself, that is another skill. But someone else could possibly provide it. Though either way, she's gonna need to quest for the item itself or the supplies whenever she does it.
Second, Kira needs a TRUE NAME if she's gonna predict anything about any body or to scry spy on them.
Third, she can get a random future prediction in which case she can know about a key detail. Such as she was randomly told Kaitou Kid would be captured. However, all she knew was Hakuba was gonna do it, she couldn't find out more details on it and had to figure it out on her own.
If she ASKS for a specific type of future, such as when Kaitou is gonna die, it will come in the form of a vague riddle.
HOWEVER, she can't actually ask if people are gonna die in Aather. Going into the big time fate stuff requires her actually getting a demon to answer the question.
And because Aather is magical land, there's gonna be all sorts of interference and such going on, so even if Kira gets enchanted glassware, who knows if it'll work for either predictions or spying on people magically. (Also need OOC permission for that spying bit.)
