Noooot a whole lot. Mostly because Kira doesn't see the big deal of titles. Haha, he has such an over the top title, who cares, he has to listen to me.
Mostly a lot of JII feels because gosh, there was the reminded of my murder attempt. LOVELY.
Stop being so happy, Akako, this was a terrible thing you did.
But hey, cool magic! And I keep using a lot of stuff to predict things, don't I, huh...

Kira hasn't pondered the childish thing TOO much herself. There had been mentions of it in Memory 2 and when she took the memory from Kaito's perspective, but she's been kind of distracted by that whole TRYING TO KILL HIM AND NOT BIT. So....not thinking on it too much. And no one's really accused her of being one, so this is kind of new!
But Kira has no real...problem with it? She'd be all annoyed if people brought it up before, mostly because Kira doesn't like to be insulted. But it seems like something HAPPENED, she felt like she missed something, so she seriously considered it for a moment.
And she doesn't think there's anything wrong with being a little bit 'childish.' Because it's kind of fun and she likes being able to relax and have fun instead of being all wound up like Akkako usually is.
Also, Akako's interests! Akako has real magic, yes, but Akako also likes to learn about other magics and charms and has a belief in their magic. It's not as cut and dry on cause and affect as HER magic, but she does put some value in it. And loves to learn about it. Thus the Adult Charm.

Nothing too much! It's mostly Kira watching/stalking/obsessing over Kaito. Reading the newspaper about some (of no consequence) Kid heists, and doing a lot of watching at school. Mostly everyday things for Akako. Overall, Akako is being amused and thinking they're cute and maybe actually talking to them pleasantly without Kaito being a tsun thing.

-She keeps telling her she should, she needs to do this, HE'S ONLY STANDING IN HER WAY!
-But there's a part of her that just feels dread and pain and the anger she had been feeling just kind of banished in the face of reality.
-And Kid telling her to prove it. '-'
-AND THEN SHE REMEMBERS KAITO.
-In one of those times where they aren't being kind of terrible at each other in class like in her last memory.
-Just...normal Kuroba Kaito.
-And Kid saying she can't because lives are too important to her.
-He doesn't understand my feelings at all!
-But yeah, no, I can't...kill him.
-And then Nakamori cut the rope and we're about to die. =D
-Then Kid is the big damn hero.
-We get kind of banged up going through the tower, but I guess Kid tried to protect me through that!

-AND THEN HE'S CALLING ME A KID AGAIN.

Meaning
SO KIRA ACTUALLY GOT THIS MEMORY FROM KAITO ALREADY. So she gets to see it from two perspectives. (This also means she knows how Kid vanished at the end there, which probably involved flipping down into a window or something, so he's less cool and mysterious, but maybe a little cool for flipping. WHOOPS, KAITO RUINED HIS OWN TRICK.)
IT IS DEFINITELY ALL RIGHT TO BE A KID SOMETIMES. Jesus, just realized how big a thing that was for my psychosis. I don't need to adult so hard that I try to murder people. This memory will probably prompt her to be more relaxed and allow herself to be less dignified. She was already more relaxed than Akako, but n-no, it's important to let myself be a kid if I want too. So yes, gonna let herself derp more because that's more sane. Not a lot, just not so dignified lady if others are derping.
THERE IS A LOT OF RELIEF WITH THE TWO MEMORIES. Akako didn't kill Kaito! Considering it's been her main fear since her first few memories, this is an extremely uplifting memory. (As I've said before, Kira's memories are not labeled on how Kira feels about them, but how Akako feels in them and Akako is mostly not happy with things like this. She failed to do what she wanted, she was beaten, and just generally grumpy tsun thing about it and it'll be a bit before she accepts she was fine that she didn't go through with it.) But Kira can ignore crazy feels of crazy girl because SHE DIDN'T MURDER KAITO. <3~
There's also another interesting thing Kira's noticed. The Kid and Kaito divide in names. When she was just thinking of Kaito was Kid, she followed through on her steps without hesitation. She got her predictions, she enthralls Nakamori, and each time, she calls him Kid. But then she says Kaito and it's...harder.
She can be mad at Kaito and think she wants to kill him, but when she's acting on it, it's Kid, Kid, Kid until she's at the tower. And even then, she switches from Kaito and says maybe it should be Kid instead pretty quickly. It's probably at that point she feels her anger slipping and the hesitation is growing.
But it's too late, she's thought of 'Kaito' instead of Kid. And that's the thing. It's 'Kid' who dealt the blows to her walls, that made cracks in the ice around her heart. But it's imagining 'Kaito,' just saying hi to her that makes her snap and dashed all her hopes of trying it. (And I do believe from then on in canon, Akako only refers to Kaito as Kaito unless she's trying to warn him about Kid being in danger OR other people are around and they're having a meta talk. Where as before she would switch it around.) Kid is the one who challenged Akako to think about what she really wants. It's KAITO who gives Akako what she really wants.
Which is someone to actually see her for her. Without her magic, without masks, and treats her normally. Akako isn't sure why this is, she hasn't quite made that connection yet. Just that there's something about Kaito just...caring and being normal at her that touches her.
So fuck, dere levels are up, but STILL. DIDN'T KILL HIM. Which...Kira is a bit fishhands about on how to deal with this. There is relief, but how does she see herself, what kind of person she is, where she goes from here, it's kind of a lot of 'what do' for right now.
