Special Skill: Low Level Black Magic: The Rest. (Form: Say bingo with the bright pink bingo chip.)
Some more demonic black magic that Kira can do without needing a bunch of THINGS. For the most part, it is not too terribly impressive. A lot of it would be put on the level of parlor tricks. Make flowers appear out of thin air, flash bangs, all that good stuff. For the most part, none of it is truly impressive, because anything truly impressive needs STUFF and that's higher level stuff.
The thing of note, however, is the mild ability to alter the mind. Akako's specialty in magic really is doing stuff to mess with the mind. Now for true and out mind control, that's higher level magic. But she does have some mild things she can do at this level. Such as she can make people forget they ever saw her. Because how else does a girl in a cloak sneak into a heavily guarded building and no one reports that. I don't think it's invisibility because...why...show herself to Nakamori if she could do that.
So what Kira can do is she can just make people forget they saw her or ignore her presence completely. As long as she doesn't do anything dramatic. Such as she can't stab a person and be ignored. Directly interacting with people is also a no. But being where she shouldn't be? Eh, no big deal, no reason to remember that girl there.
Of course when it comes up, there will be OOC things done. It's always possible the magic can just fritz with some dice rolls, decide things for PLOT, and anyone who has a resistance to mental suggestion will probably be able to ignore the affect since it's really very mild mental manipulation.
