Special Skill: Mid-Level Black Magic. (Form: Cigarette. Light it to use.)
This is pretty much nearly all of Akako's higher tier magic that she knows. Ceremonies, rituals, all that jazz. It will be the next level that includes her ability to make NEW spells. Plus of a few really god moddy ones are in the next level, like enthrallment.
But things like voodoo, higher level attack spells, transformations, curses, magic circles, protection spells around here. (No healing. The only healing Akako knows is potion based and that's another skill.) This is just all the stuff she has memorized.
THERE IS A CATCH THOUGH and why I feel it's okay for Kira to get this in one go. Kira will require ingredients and vessels for most of these spells. Which means she needs jewelry to put the spell in, prepare the spell ahead of time, and a lot of spells require ingredients that involve body parts of mystical beasts. So it's a lot of power, but very hard to make proper use of it because she will probably need to quest a whole bunch from Persona.
