Skill 5

Other Skill: Manipulation. (Form: Bayleaf. Eat the whole thing.)

So while Akako DOES make all the boys fall in love with her, it's also A) an area affect spell, and B) it's not STRAIGHT OUT mind control. It simulated how THAT PERSON would fall in love, so not everyone whose hit by it is made a lovesick puppy. Thus why Hakuba didn't change when he was getting hit by it. He REACTED, but he didn't fanboy. And because it's an area affect, if someone was clever enough, they could figure out Something Was Wrong.

Plus there were girls.

As such, Akako learned how to manipulate people and manipulate them well. W-with some certain circumstances. Since primarily only interacted with lovestruck boys or their jealous girlfriends. So Akako knows how to manipulate girls who are jealous and that ranges from the shy, insecure type whose lashing out in desperation or the bitchy type. (Thus why Aoko threw her through a loop.) And for boys, there is that foothold of SOME affectionate feelings. But if a boy has some affection for her, she's pretty good with any personality type one on one. Usually it's just with the masses because they're weak willed and easy to play with, but sometimes she'd want something Specific from This Specific Person so she could play most any of them if she wanted too.

This also ups her acting ability. Not just 'nice girl' or 'troll girl' like Akako usually has up, but pretty much any stereotype in the book and, if the person didn't already know her, could pull off the act rather believably.

Buuuuut it's not so likely to happen in Aather. Kira hasn't even really been TRYING to manipulate people, and she really has no desire too. Really it'd have to be a specific thing, but hey, it'd make her one hell of a better actor.

However, part of it also involves Akako's ability to relate to other people and understand them. Such as Kira didn't fully grasp exclusive until she went looking for this idea in her memories when Mako brought it up. Now that she has the skill, she would have gotten it INSTANTLY because that's what this is. She knows what is normal for 'others' versus herself. So all those normal people things that were kind of confusing now make perfect sense beyond what she picked up from her memories.

This also helps her understand people better, including tsunderes and those who don't emote well. Because she had to deal with those types.

Basically UNDERSTAND THE PEOPLE so you can manipulate them, but FUCK YEAH, UNDERSTANDING THEM.

...sadly she won't take this until after she accidentally takes her charm skill. :')
